Ethiopian coffee, dry processed, excellent spice notes with muted fruit tones.
Kenyan coffees are generally regarded as among the world's finest. This bean has a high acid (meaning, lots of flavor in the top end and a sparkly tongue feel), almost sharp lemon tang, but with a well balanced profile. Excellent brewed coffee, not so good as espresso. Works at any roast.
This Rwandan bean is a very clean cup, right in the middle n terms of acid and body. Good at any roast, good espresso, good brewed. Something like a South American coffee, really nothing like Ethiopian or Kenyan. Smooth Bourbon coffee.
