A unique coffee: beans are sorted and then left out in open sheds during the monsoon season. They swell and whiten, then are dried again. Makes a great espresso with lots of crema, and is fine at any roast. Very low acid and an unusual mellow flavor.
India is the second established world coffee growing region, after Arabia and Ethiopia. Mysore Nuggets are always reliably mellow and well balanced, especially good at a Full City to French roast. This is one of the few coffees available (Monsooned Malabar is another) that don't change much from year to year, so if you don't like surprises this is a good choice for the long haul. One of my favorites. I try to always keep it in stock. Excellent espresso.
Indonesian coffee, similar to Sumatran but with a bit more spice and more sparkle on the high end. Good at any roast.
